  • Carrots with oatmeal and walnuts

    Healthy carrot salad with oatmeal and walnuts

    Time preparation: 30 minutes

    Processing time: 20 minutes

    Serves: 2


    Ingredients:
    200 gr. carrots 40 gr. flakes juice of 1 lemon 100 gr. yogurt 40 gr. sugar or honey 40 gr. chopped nuts 20 gr. chopped raisins 30 gr. chopped dates or figs fresh fruit

    Method of preparation:
    Oats are soaked in 120 ml of water for 1-2 hours.
    Before serving add to them lemon juice, sugar or honey, yogurt, some chopped nuts, grated carrots, raisins, figs or dates and stir.
    Optionally add and a bit of fresh fruits.
    To the mixture can be added and spoon sour syrup and sour fruit.
