    Ingredients:
    4 pcs. yolks 1 package dry yeast (dry yeast 500 g flour) pinch of salt 1 tsp sugar 250 ml milk 500 g of flour '50 Ghee

    Method of preparation:
    Dilute the yeast with milk and sugar, add a little bit of flour and leave it in a warm place to rise. Then mix all the ingredients and knead a medium soft dough. The dough is rolled to a thickness of about 0.5 cm and cut circles in it with the help of a glass cup. With a smaller size cap cut holes in the middle. Donuts are fried in heated oil and served with chocolate topping, jam or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
