    Apple cream with raisins and walnuts

    Ingredients:
    0.5 liters of milk 100 gr. granulated sugar 4 eggs 20 gr. (1 tsp) gelatine 500 gr. apples 50 gr. raisins (or other dried fruits) 175 gr. cream 50 gr. caster sugar 50 gr. (1 coffee cup) chopped wholesale walnuts 2 vanilla powder 16 biscuits "Cat's tongue" Fruit jam

    Method of preparation:
    Heat the milk to near boiling, with half of the granulated sugar.
