Stuffed pumpkin with chicken and rice


  • Stuffed pumpkin with chicken and rice

    Time preparation: 20 minutes

    Processing time: 40 minutes

    Serves: 4


    Ingredients:
    1 pumpkin, 500 g chicken, 1 cup rice, onion, oil, salt, pepper, savory.

    Method of preparation:
    Cut a cap out of the top of the pumpkin and scrape out the pulp. Fry the onions first in a little bit of oil, then add the rice and the chicken fillet. Season with black pepper, savoury and salt. Stuff the cleaned out pumpkin with the mixture, pour over 2 -3 cups of warm water or bouillon and leave it to roast until it softens and the rice absorbs all of the water.
